Immigration solicitors for UK employers

SRA-regulated law firms handling sponsor licences, visas and Home Office challenges.

What they do

Solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority who act for employers on sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker and other sponsored visas, compliance audits, and the legal side of a suspension, revocation or civil penalty. Where a Home Office decision has to be challenged — administrative review, appeal or judicial review — this is who does it.

What to check before you hire one

Search the firm on the SRA register and check the individual adviser is a practising solicitor. Ask who will actually run your file: in larger firms it is often a paralegal supervised by a solicitor, which is fine, but you should know.
