Who the controller is

What we collect
- Quote requests — your name, business name, email address, phone number, employee numbers, the services you selected and anything you write in the free-text box.
- Contact — whatever you include when you email or call us.
- Technical — standard web server logs from our hosting provider.
Why we use it, and on what basis

Who we share it with
We pass quote requests to the companies listed on this site that cover the services you selected, and to any company you named. Each of those companies is a separate controller for what it then does with your data, and has its own privacy notice. We also use hosting and email providers acting as our processors. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Quote requests: two years from the last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case the relevant contract and tax retention periods apply. Server logs: up to 12 months.
Where it is stored
In the UK or the European Economic Area. If a provider we use transfers data outside that area, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it, or restrict what we do with it.
- Object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Ask for your data in a portable format.
