There is no fee to use RootHR Services

You do not pay us to search, to compare, or to request a quote. The companies listed here pay to be listed; that is how the site is funded. It does not change what they quote you, and it does not put a company higher in a list.

Guide prices and real prices

Where a company publishes figures, we show them as a guide price — the lowest point of their range, excluding VAT. A real quote depends on headcount, pay frequency, how many sites you run and how much of the work is already done.

A price marked “from” is a starting point, not an offer. The binding figure is the one in the company’s own written quote.

Why some companies quote per job

Legal work, tribunal defence and data protection projects vary too much to publish a rate that means anything. Those companies show Price on request and come back with a figure once they know the facts.
