Barristers’ chambers for UK employers

Public access barristers for tribunal hearings, appeals and specialist opinions.

What they do

Barristers who accept instructions directly from a business under the Public Access scheme, without a solicitor in between. Useful for an employment tribunal hearing, an immigration appeal or a written opinion on a difficult point, where you already have the papers in order and need an advocate rather than a case manager.

What to check before you hire one

Check the barrister is on the Bar Standards Board register and is authorised for public access. Barristers cannot usually handle correspondence or hold client money, so somebody on your side still has to run the case day to day.
