Immigration consultants in London for employers
Sponsor licences, UKVI compliance audits, right to work checks and Skilled Worker applications — for the employer, not the applicant.
Employers in London
London employs more sponsored workers than any other part of the UK, and it has the highest concentration of small employers holding a sponsor licence for the first time. That combination — fast hiring, thin internal HR — is where most compliance problems start.
Immigration advice in the UK is regulated. Anyone advising you on a sponsor licence or a visa application must be registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC) or be a solicitor regulated by the SRA. Check the register before you pay anyone.

Common questions
How much does a sponsor licence application cost?
The Home Office fee is £574 for a small or charitable sponsor and £1,579 for a medium or large one, plus the Immigration Skills Charge once you assign a Certificate of Sponsorship. Adviser fees sit on top and are usually quoted as a fixed fee.
How long does a sponsor licence take?
Around eight weeks as standard. A priority service can cut that to ten working days where places are available, for an extra Home Office fee.
Do I need a consultant, or can I apply myself?
You can apply yourself. Most refusals come from the supporting documents and the compliance systems you have to have in place before you apply — which is the part an adviser is actually for.
